Party Perfect! and so easy too!
The Centerpiece:
- 1 plant or flower in pot
- 2 round or heart shaped doilies
- 1 bamboo skewer (like for kabobs)
- Double sided tape (or glue dot)
- Ribbon (optional)
- Paper bag (optional)
The Treats
Name Picks (place cards)
- Cupcakes (of course)
- 1 round or heart shaped doily per cupcake
- 1 lollipop per cupcake
- Marker
- Double sided tape (or glue dot)
Wraps
- 1/2 of a 10" round doily per cupcake
- Double sided tape (or glue dot)
For the center piece
use one small round doily (this is a 4" heart shape)
Place a 1.5" inch section of double sided tape in center
Press the bamboo skewer - point side down - onto the tape
For the second heart - if you would like to use to identify table numbers - you can hand write or use stickers to make the table number -
Place a second piece of double sided tape on back of second doily
Line up with first doily already taped to the skewer - and press together.
Embellish with ribbon / glitter /etc!
Stick pointed side into dirt - and voila!
For another look you can place the plant/flower in a brown or white bag and tie with ribbon -
or twine.....
For the Cupcakes Place Cards Name Pics:
Use one small doily and write each guests name
Pictured are 3.5 round doilies
Take a small piece of double sided tape and apply to the back of a lollipop.
Attach doily
Chocolate pops can be used too! If you don't want the pop visible - then tape a second doily on the back.
Cupcake Wraps
I found this is the easiest way to do this.....
For standard size cupcakes.
Use one 10" doily - fold in half.
Cut the "border" in half on fold.
ICE CUPCAKE FIRST BEFORE ADDING CUFF.
Place a piece of double sided tape on edge of cut doily
Wrap doily around the cupcake - overlap with the double sided tape.
Trim to fit

Cotton Candy
Proceed as in the Name Pics - however
I added a "fluff" of cotton candy to the top of each cupcake prior to adding the pics
Blue and Pink!
Instead of using names - boy or girl looks cute!!!!
